Training by Director

  • Walaupun anda hanya mengambil pakej normal, jangan risau kerana jurugambar kami semua dilatih sepenuhnya secara berkala dari semasa ke semasa oleh founder RSWC iaitu encik Ray Loh CK.


Sistematic Post Process

  • Dengan jumlah jurugambar yang seramai 20 orang, kerja-kerja post process editing, layout abum sehinggalah proses printing album semuanya akan berjalan dengan lancar.
  • Kami mempunyai sistem yang teratur, bermula dari pemilihan gambar untuk editing, seterusnya ke department editing untuk proses colour proses. Selepas proses ini, gambar yang siap disunting akan melalui proses QC direct daripada Ray Loh CK.
  • Sekiranya QC lulus, gambar akan diserahkan kepada editor layout untuk proses penyusunan gambar di dalam album. Selepas selesai susunan gambar, layout akan menjalani proses QC sekali lagi oleh Chief Photographer RSWC. Selepas selesai QC barulah pihak admin akan submit untuk printing di kilang.
  • Proses printing akan memakan masa sekurang-kurangnya 2 bulan. Selepas album siap dicetak, pihak admin akan pickup album dan menjalani proses QC buat kali terakhir sekiranya album pelanggan terdapat kerosakan.


Quality over Quantity

  • Pihak RSWC juga sangat mementingkan kualiti berbanding kuantiti. Walaupun pada sesetangah tarikh yang mempunyai permintaan yang tinggi untuk majlis perkahwinan, tetapi kami tetap hanya meerima tempahan setakat jumlah jurugambar yang kami ada sahaja. Oleh itu pihak pelanggan tidak perlu risau tentang kualiti servis daripada kami.

FAQ


Will director photographer RSWC ( RAYLohCK ) be involved in the photography shoot at the event?

  • No, Ray will only attend the shoot that client take for Master package only. Other than that package, our Hero Photographer or RSWC photographer will shoot your event base on what package that you booking.


Is the deposit refundable?

  • The deposit is non-refundable & the balance payment of the package also non-refundable if you cancel the service.


Are you willing to travel?

  • Yes, we are willing to travel & for the location from Sungai Petani up to Taiping there are no transportation fee. Other than the location mention above, we will charge transportation fee for RM1 per KM for 2 way. For the location above 200km we will extra charge for accomodation for our photographer stay.


What is the payment schedule?

  • We require minimum a RM500 deposit for booking or lock date and the balance MUST be cleared 14 days before the date of event otherwise management will not assign photographer to your event.


How many photos will we get?

  • There are no limitation for the photo & its depends on the event. Normally for a 1 day event Nikah & Sanding will be around 700 to 1000 photo high resolution.


Can we choose our photos to put in the album?

  • YES, client can choose the photo that want to be edited & put in the album. But the selecting photo MUST be done within 1 weeks after client receives the google drive link otherwise admin will be choose for client.


Can we choose our own song/ tone?

  • Unfortunately song choices will be choosen by the editor, based on what he/she thinks best to suit the mood of the video and photo.


Do you give out raw photos or raw videos?

  • No, raw photo & video are like unfinished product/services. It is our policy to not provide our clients with unfinished products/services.


How long does it takes to get our photos & videos?

  • Client will get the all softcopy unedited with link google drive in 1-5 days after event.
  • The rest of the post process editing & album printing will be done within 5 month.
  • Highlight video will be ready within 2 months after event while the full video will be done by 5 month after event.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT


  • The client agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure the agreed-upon date and time for the photography services
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled photo session.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING


  • Cancellations made by the client will burn the deposit fee.
  • The photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session due to unforseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness. ( We will try our best to sent our team to cover your event if emergency happen )

Coverage Hour


  • Nikah - 4 hours max include outdoor
  • Sanding - 6/7 hours max include outdoor
  • Nikah & Sanding ( Same day event ) - 9 hour max include outdoor
  • Additional services or images beyong the agreed package may be provided at an additional cost ( Night outdoor session with fireworks/ Get ready session )

DELIVERY OF PHOTO


  • The final edited photo will be delivered to the client within 5 month after event.

Printing Process - 2 Month

  • All softcopy unedited will be provide in JPEG format.

Copyright & ownership


  • The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purpose.
  • The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
  • The client is grants permission for the photographer to use their likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to the photographer's website and social media.

  • Basic editing & retouching is included in the package as listed

FORCE MAJEURE


  • The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumtances beyond their control. ( Heavy traffic due to accident/ Flood/ Natural disaster )

Liability


  • The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during photo session.

Dispute Resolution


  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved throught mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of ( MY jurisdiction )
